Project 10 – Stage 4 Further Progress

A few more machine parts:
More cogs

These cogs are made from sandwiched sheer blue fabric with grey organza.  Gold painted Vleisofix has been used to fuse the layers.  They have then been hand stitched and attached to the background with brads (split-pins) and rivets.

Dorset button conveyor

Dorset buttons and thread wrapped washers and bra strap rings have been placed with metallic corded beads in the conveyor belt arrangement.

I’ve also been working on the right hand side section of the work and have felted some base shapes in bright colours to indicate the placement of the final sugary confections.
